Disturbia

Another poor choice for title. Something else inappropriate underneath...

Really NY Post? Really?

Yeah, I know the titles have been corny lately. Anyway, I don't even know what to say about this tomfoolery. Rev. Al jumped in, which I'm not sure helps, and the Post issued a statement saying the point it was trying to make with the cartoon, was playing off Monday's rampage by a pet chimpanzee in Stamford, Conn., that left a woman severely mauled. Police ended up killing the chimp. Word? Full article underneath.

Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

I know the title's corny, but dammit man...

I won't go so far as to say he's the reason cats is rocking cornrows in the league, BUT I also didn't think that Jordan invented the baldie. Regardless, this gotta be acknowledged.

Ms. Katie and Lil Wayne (Full Interview)

I don't really have anything to say yet...

Lil Wayne - In Hollywood, It's Little Wayne

Dude sold more ablums (nearly 3 mil and counting) last year than any artist in any genre. He moved a mil in the first week alone. Now he's nominated for 8 Grammy's. With that comes a lot of exposure. I can't say I wouldy have guessed this dude would have a sit down with Katie Couric and a segment on Dave Letterman in the same week. Hip Hop is living a different life right now, but it aint dead.

What do think, how did he do?

I don't really pay attention to award shows but that sounds staggering. Plus dude's Carter III is up for the coveted Album of The Year statue. Since I'm not Templeton, it would probably be my obligation to look into Grammy history and do some research, but I don't recall a rap album ever being up for AOY. That just sounds big. Again, I should probably look into the other nominees but...

Curtis Interviews Rick Ross' Baby Mama

I have no reason to put this up, but I'm finding this particular beef more interesting than I expected.

I know 50's strategy to build momentum (read: hype) for his albums by attacking a popular competitor. Seen it befofre. Admittedly, I think the Ja Rule situation was a little more real than the Cam and Joe stuff but I'm feeling this shit cuz 50 just saying what EVERYBODY should be saying. His two targets for an album titled Before I Self Destruct are Rick Ross and Lil Wayne. I know too many lil dudes who think those cats are the illest in the game. Funny thing is, these dudes is easy targets. One is a CO, the other lip kisses men.

Even still, the baby mama angle is dirty. I ain't like when Jay did it to NaS, I don't like this either. BUT this is still fcukin hilarious... More after the bounce...

Curtis Speaks on Officer Ricky

Figured since I was posting funny videos that I'd include this too. Not that I'd expect this to be any type of lyrical showdown and hopefully cats are smart enough to keep it off the streets, but just off the sheer potential for comedy. Think about it, 50 is going at Wayne and Ross. Now excuse me while I get back to practing for my upcoming rock album...

Also got the Rick Ross track, Mafia Music where he goes at 50 and 50's response, Officer Ricky underneath.
