The floods in Rome have obviously got your boy's attention so I had to comment. I'd just like to say that its real serious over there right now.

And I'm not saying that this report is stating its not serious or anything like that, just a word of advice though, if you happen to speak to someone in Rome right now, I definitely would not suggest laughing at the situation, even if that's your coping mechanism, because they don't consider it a laughing matter....
